What time do you pick up?
On all of our direct booking tours, pick-up times and locations are flexible. The normal pick-up time is 8 AM.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, wear sunscreen, hat, aqua shoes if you are planning to get into the water to protect your feet, and some cash as many places around the island accept cash only.
Can you drop me off at the Airport after my tour?
Yes, we can drop you off at the Airport after your tour. Also, you may leave your luggage in the vehicle during the tour if you wish to(must be communicated prior to the booking).
Do you accommodate foldable scooters?
Yes, we do. Please notify us ahead of time for arrangement.
What languages do your guides speak?
Currently we have tour guides that speak English, Farsi, Spanish, Arabic and Kurdish. Please arrange the tour in your preferred language ahead of time.

Can wheelchair accessible tours be arranged?
Yes, we have options that are wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible.
What is your infant policy?
Infants must sit on a proper booster/baby car seat. Must be communicated prior to booking for arrangement.
Are your tours physically difficult?
Most travelers can participate without accommodations. Additionally, we will provide wheelchair for individuals if needed. As most of our tours are customizable, please communicate physical ability restrictions and accessibility needs ahead of time as we plan your tour together.
What is your cancelation policy?
To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 72 hour before the tour start date in the local zone.No refunds will be given after that time period.
