Welcome to Tropical Hawaiian Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all guests.

1. Booking & Payment

 • Full payment or deposit (as stated during booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

 • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

 • Group and private tour rates may vary.

2. Cancellations & Changes

 • Guest Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

 • No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their tour without notice will not receive a refund.

 • Operator Cancellations: Tropical Hawaiian Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule.

3. Safety & Conduct

 • Guests are kindly reminded to watch their step at all times during the tour.

 • Please follow the instructions of your guide for your own safety and the safety of the group.

 • Tropical Hawaiian Tours reserves the right to remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.

4. Personal Belongings

 • Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Tropical Hawaiian Tours is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

 • If an item is found after a tour:

 • The guest must arrange to pick it up at a convenient time, or

 • The guest may arrange and cover the cost of delivery (e.g., rideshare, courier, or shipping).

 • Tropical Hawaiian Tours does not deliver items to hotels or other locations on behalf of guests.

 • By participating in any tour, guests acknowledge that activities involve inherent risks.

 • Tropical Hawaiian Tours, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or losses incurred during the tour, except where required by law.

 • Participation is voluntary, and guests accept personal responsibility for their safety and belongings.

6. Photography & Media

 • Tropical Hawaiian Tours may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.

 • Guests who prefer not to be included should inform their guide before the tour begins.
